We understand that plans can change, and you may need to cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation more than one week before the start of the event, we will refund your payment. However, if you cancel within one week of the event date, no refund will be issued. Additionally, please note that any ticket holder who fails to show up for the event or needs to leave early will not be eligible for a refund.
In the event that you are eligible for a refund, we will issue the refund minus a $5 processing fee. This fee covers the cost of administrative work associated with processing your refund.
We reserve the right to cancel the event for any reason, including but not limited to insufficient registration, inclement weather, or unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation, we will issue a full refund to all registered participants.
We are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property that occurs during the event. By attending the event, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims or damages arising from your participation.
We reserve the right to take photographs and/or record video/audio during the event. By attending the event, you grant us the right to use your likeness in any promotional materials, including but not limited to social media, our website, and print materials.
Our dinner event is open to individuals of all ages. However, please note that alcoholic beverages will be served at the event, and we reserve the right to request proof of age before serving alcohol.
